Introducing...The Saxon Range!

We are delighted to announce our new Saxon range. These bold and bright colours still have the depth that make these a perfect addition to any knitting project.

This is a white Wensleydale tweed, blended with Dorset wool. Dorset is another white breed of sheep we have introduced to Chilton Grounds over the last 2 years and one that we have grown very fond of. They have very cute lambs and are starting to become more confident and friendly! Their wool offers similar properties to the Zwartbles in our Signature Tweed range, adding bounce and robustness to the fineness of the Wensleydale, to create a lovely yarn.
